Sun-dried tomatoes minced with Calamata olives, capers, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, spices & fresh herbs: a bit hot. Served with wild prawns

Penne alla Vodka

Penne flambé with vodka, pomodoro sauce, and a touch of cream. Served with wild prawns.

Manicotti al Forno

Fresh pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, walnuts & spices. Topped with pomodoro sauce & mozzarella.

Pollo al Jerez con Fettuccine

Strips of organic chicken breast in a light cream sauce with garlic and dry Spanish sherry. Tossed with fettuccine.

This is just a sample menu chosen by most parties. Items can be substituted by others in our menu. The price of this menu is $33.00 per person, without the appetizer $29.50.

Do to the fact that the maximum capacity of Pomodoro is 60 guest, on Fridays and Saturdays availability for the above terms is limited to a maximum of approximately 30 guest per party. More than 30 guest requires re-negotiating of terms/price.

No wine from outside allowed.
